We have in the past undertaken many residential and commercial projects
including conversions, extensions, new builds, restaurant renovations,
Hotel refurbishments, HMO’s, Bed and Breakfast, Hostels, Shops and
miscellaneous commercial units. The company has concentrated its efforts

Our experience is, in the main, in the
private sector where the specification for private build is broad but where
the smallest of details requires attention. We handle all our projects in
accordance to the specifications provided through drawings and/or with
our experienced professional trades’ man.
We also have experience in handling specialist projects which may involve
conservation or Grade II listed buildings.
Our teams are structured in a professional manner with each project been
assigned Site Manager and supported by an Operational Manager, HSE
Manager and Building Supervisor. Furthermore on site we have site
supervisor, security guard, foreman, trades foreman, professional trades’
men, helpers and labourers.
